Welcome to Amazing Market! Our penny auction functionality is designed to offer a fair, transparent, and exciting bidding experience for all participants. By using the penny auction feature on amazingmarket.ee, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in our auctions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in a penny auction on amazingmarket.ee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in the penny auctions.

2. Auction Participation

Eligibility

To participate in penny auctions, users must be registered on amazingmarket.ee and have a valid payment method associated with their account. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Pre-Paid Bids

All participants must purchase pre-paid bids to use in penny auctions. These bids are non-refundable and must be used within the auction system on amazingmarket.ee.

Bidding Process

Each bid placed on an item extends the auction’s end time by 10-20 seconds. This extension aims to give all participants a fair chance to win the auction.

3. Auction Rules

Each auction item has a custom start price and bid decrement, which are clearly displayed before and during the auction. Auctions are scheduled to run between specified start and end dates. However, auctions will automatically extend if bids are placed towards the end of the scheduled period. To prevent auctions from ending prematurely, a custom reserve price may be set. If the auction ends without reaching the reserve price, the item will not be sold. Some items may have a buy-it-now price option, allowing participants to purchase the item immediately without continuing to bid.

4. Winning and Payment

The last participant to place a bid when the auction timer runs out wins the auction. Winners are obligated to purchase the auction item at the final bid price. Winners must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion. Failure to do so may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of the auction item.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of penny auctions, items won at auction are not eligible for return or refund. Participants are encouraged to bid responsibly.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

Amazing Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of participants who violate these terms and conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise manipulate the auction process to the detriment of other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amazing Market is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the penny auction feature.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Amazing Market reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
